Terms & Conditions (EULA)

1. License Grant

Vox Datacomm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use in connection with services provided by Vox Datacomm.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where permitted by law
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App to transmit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related networks

3. Accounts and Eligibility

Some features require an account and valid service credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

4. Service Availability

Voice and data features depend on your device, operating system, and network connectivity, which are outside our control. The App is not a replacement for traditional telephony and may not support emergency calling. Do not rely on the App to contact emergency services.

5. Fees and Third-Party Charges

The App may be provided as part of a paid service agreement with Vox Datacomm. Your mobile carrier’s data, messaging, and roaming charges may apply and are your sole responsibility.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App you consent to those practices.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by Vox Datacomm or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted other than the limited license described above.

8. Updates and Changes

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App, and may modify or discontinue features at any time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of this Agreement as updated.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vox Datacomm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the service during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you breach these terms or misuse the service. Upon termination you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Guatemala City.
